When its connected and ran through my computer there are fine lines across the screen. It also runs at 4 or 8 bit pixels, it won't run at 32 bit 1024 x 768. For the device conflicts it says something about input output, Intel 9465, and memory range with a bunch of different numbers. I can run PCI video cards just fine, so I am confused about this.|||okay try that video card in another computer the pci-e one and see if there is a problem
also the bios need to sometimes have the buffer set to nothing or disabled when using a pci -e card because the pci -e card will take from your normal memory that the rest of your computer uses.
