Built in Video Graphics Card, can I still add another in the pci slot?

I have a Dell Dimension 2400 with a built in video card. Watching video's can be annoying because they move slow, or freeze all the time. There's a few empty PCI slot's. Can I add a Video Graphics Card still?|||Video cards (usually called graphic cards or graphic adapters) are for games.
