I have a PCI Video card slot and need a good videocard?

I lack modern comforts such as PCI e or PCI Express slots in my old *** computer. I need a video card that can run games such as Spore and Bioshock, if anyone has an idea, please let me know.|||You will not be able to run Bioshock with a PCI video card.
