Will pci express video cards work in a PCI Bus Slot?

I Have an old motherboard that has pci Slots but its so hard for me to find PCi video card they are all PCI-E Can anyone tell me if a pci video card can work in a pci video card slot or if there is some adaptor i can buy Thanx.|||No PCI-E will not fit and there is no adapter|||no you can't use pci card in pci-e slot , have a look on ebay they're plenty pci video cards on there|||absolutely not
